How IPO's will behave during the 3 stages of Bull Market
- During the First stage: Good companies come with Initial Public Offerings (IPO's) at cheap valuation
- During the Second stage: Good companies come with Initial Public Offerings (IPO's) at expensive valuation
- During the Third stage: Bad companies (who do not have any earnings or loss making companies) come up with very high valuations and still have over subscriptions with retail investors
We see many companies come up with IPO's these days. Let us identify the quality of these companies by analyzing their books in past and we can identify in which stage are we in this bull market. Inspite of covid crisis, we are able to climb this high and there should be some hard stop and let us not be the prey
